Breathwork Facilitator & Sound Healing Practitioner
Mikael bridges the ancient and the modern, combining breathwork, sound healing and music into experiences designed to support wellbeing, presence and restoration.
His path has taken him across continents in search of grounded teachings and practices. He studied breathing techniques and Pranayama in India, and explored sound healing and holistic wellbeing in Peru — drawing inspiration from traditions that have supported human restoration for thousands of years.
As a music producer, composer and multi-instrumentalist, Mikael creates immersive sessions that are both deeply restorative and professionally delivered. Through corporate sessions, retreats and group experiences across Scandinavia and Europe, he has guided hundreds of individuals and teams in reconnecting with balance, focus and wellbeing.
With over five years of dedicated practice and a background in business and economics, his approach combines warmth, structure and evidence-based techniques in a way that feels both grounded and accessible.
